Description
This product is a rapid direct binding test kit for high sensitive C reaction protein (hs-CRP). Results are available in less than 10 minutes. It is very sensitive and easy for storage.
Principle
This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for ***ermination of hs-CRP in human blood specimens. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify hs-CRP specifically, resulting in one or two purplish red streaks appear on the test line. The color intensity of the test lines increase in proportion to the hs-CRP concentration.
Then insert test card into the FIA8000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of hs-CRP is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
